I gave a rating of "Good" as I'm not sure how I can give a rating of "Very Good" on an vitamin that has no external indicators as to whether it's working or not. So my rating is more based on 1) delivery, which was as described, 2) packaging, which appears of high quality and 3) appearance, which again looks of high quality and I like that it's an oil based capsule as Vitamin K doesn't dissolve in water - previously I had bought Vitamin K from a health shop and it was a dry powder in a capsule... I think I paid a very high price for ground herbs, but live and learn i suppose. Other than that, neither my wife or I have experienced any negative effects and I have placed another order and will continue to do so.
