Also when searching for supplements that I wanted it was very difficult to navigate and I was never sure if those supplements overlap with ingredients or what to combine. Perhaps some suggestions or packages of suitable supplements that go together should be suggested. Who reads full articles now days, it is better to have essential info and combinations of supplements that work well together and at what time of day to take them given in charts.
