The whole food vitamins are great. I usually have some digestive issues with synthetic ones from other brands. But please reduce the container sizes and packaging used for these supplements. The bottles were only a third full. There's no need to use a larger container for fewer pills. This was the same for all 3 different kinds of supplements I ordered from Life Extensions.
