Excellent products based on science. We have been buying them for more than 20 years now and I really think they make a difference (judging from our general health, physical and cognitive, our energy and biological parameters. We are in our 70's). Of course, we take our diet very seriously too, although we like to enjoy food. OK, they are not cheap but quality comes with a price and we are certain that LEF is very reliable. The missing star in my rating : I miss the magazine that I used to read thoroughly to learn scientific news and, maybe, try new suplements. BTW, it could be online.
