Life Extensions Europe strictly operates via UPS. I ordered with the Home delivery, the driver was circling my building for 4 days, failing to attempt the delivery. Lying that I wasn't at home, or that he didn't know my address. I called UPS every day, and they assured me to make the driver come back or leave a note for him with instructions if he is struggling the next day. Nothing worked. For 4 days, I stayed at home and changed my plans just to wait for the driver. When on Friday I was watching the window and realised the guy didn't even stop by my building, I honestly started crying. This whole experience caused me a mental breakdown. I still didn't get my product! The helplessness of UPS and its ability to manage its drivers just shocked me. Their response on the phone was: "The driver saw the message with entry details and chose to ignore it and leave." "We cannot force drivers to carry phones or contact the office or the receiver." I wish in the future Life Extensions Europe would offer different options when it comes to delivery companies. In Finland we have a big trust and a smooth experience with Matkahuolto, Posti and Budbee. Both UPS and DHL have a worse reputation here, as they are not local and operate without any strict standards and supervision.
