Excellent customer service.
The initial alarm test was so easy, then I was asked to repeat 5mins later in the garden in order to confirm my home location. So easy to use and certainly does give peace of mind. My wife is much happier as she is due back to work after looking after me following my stroke. She is more than happy to leave me when she knows I have this 24/7 support. Highly recommended
