Lifestride has the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. They delay responding to initial request re delivery problems, make you do your own research into the missing delivery, and delay giving a refund or re- sending a replacement product. I finally had to dispute their credit card charge because they wouldn't issue me a refund for 2 shoes that I never received.
