“I am having a terrible time trying to make a return. Ordered 2 pair, 1 doesn't work for me... tried multiple times to get a return form..16 days and still says "sale is still on processing"....I have the shoes! Won't order from you again, if returns are this difficult!”
“Lifestride has the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. They delay responding to initial request re delivery problems, make you do your own research into the missing delivery, and delay giving a refund or re- sending a replacement product. I finally had to dispute their credit card charge because they wouldn't issue me a refund for 2 shoes that I never received.”
