“I received someone else’s order and was told that they didn’t know where my order was and that I wouldn’t receive a refund until I took the incorrect order to fedex to return to them. And that since they didn’t know where my order was, I’d need to reorder everything. Sent the wrong order back, still haven’t seen a refund.”
“I purchased from Bzees for years and they sold out to lifestrides. Their shoes are like wearing bricks. Had I known prior to purchasing non refundable shoes that I THOUGHT would have the cloud soft soles/or from Bzees, I would never have bought then. So in the garbage they go.!”
“I ordered online cyber Monday sale. I had not received my order by 19 so I contacted then and only thing I could do send email. They replied said same thing my tracking number said. It had gotten to GA LOCATION ON FEDEX AND was in process of shipping. I just got email my product had been returned and they gave me refund!! Now I don't have my boots or the shawl prices ! Terrible customer service to help with issue and this was my first and last time ordered from them! Don't want your time with this company .”
“Sooooo mad!!! Please don’t purchase from this company. They make returns very painful. They only use FedEx, which we do not have here nor do we have a ups store. My other option was to take to happy feet store? which of course is not in our town. If they can’t make a return easy, I will no longer use this company for my needs!”
“the brand LifeStride and shoes are fine...however, as my first experience ordering direct from LifeStride, it was not a good one at all. I placed an order for a sneaker type shoe and needed to take these shoes on vacation with me. Order was placed on July 9th and I received them on July 17th. ---already waited over a week for the shoe. that is fine and just happy the order was delivered in time for my vacation. when I opened the box, I was shocked....entirely different pair of shoes! black patent leather high heel dress shoe in different size!!! I called customer service and they explained that I would first need to return the incorrect shoes and WAIT until they receive the order and THEN they would ship out the correct shoes! I was told it could take up to 2 weeks for them to receive the return before they can send out my correct order. There was no sympathy by the customer service rep. just keep repeating the policy. Considering it was entirely their error, they should have immediately shipped out my order. In addition to that, I would need to go out of my way to a UPS store to return the order they screwed up on. My first and last time ordering from Lifestride.”
“Placed order for 2 pairs of shoes on 6/1. They didn't ship until 6/5 and then shipped ECONOMY. Pkg did not arrive until 6/19. 18 days from the date of purchase. Called customer service twice and was completely dissatisfied with their lack of response and unwillingness to assist me. HORRIBLE customer service. First and last purchase for me. Don't order anything from Life Stride.”
“Purchased shoes for formal wedding event to come. Remained in box for a couple of years unworn. Took them out of box today and tried them on with my dress and the felted black material inside the shoe literally stuck to the skin in my feet. Very disappointed in my purchase. Never has this happened before with shoes, especially those that are new and never worn.”

“Lifestride has the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. They delay responding to initial request re delivery problems, make you do your own research into the missing delivery, and delay giving a refund or re- sending a replacement product. I finally had to dispute their credit card charge because they wouldn't issue me a refund for 2 shoes that I never received.”
