the brand LifeStride and shoes are fine...however, as my first experience ordering direct from LifeStride, it was not a good one at all. I placed an order for a sneaker type shoe and needed to take these shoes on vacation with me. Order was placed on July 9th and I received them on July 17th. ---already waited over a week for the shoe. that is fine and just happy the order was delivered in time for my vacation. when I opened the box, I was shocked....entirely different pair of shoes! black patent leather high heel dress shoe in different size!!! I called customer service and they explained that I would first need to return the incorrect shoes and WAIT until they receive the order and THEN they would ship out the correct shoes! I was told it could take up to 2 weeks for them to receive the return before they can send out my correct order. There was no sympathy by the customer service rep. just keep repeating the policy. Considering it was entirely their error, they should have immediately shipped out my order. In addition to that, I would need to go out of my way to a UPS store to return the order they screwed up on. My first and last time ordering from Lifestride.
