“Purchased shoes for formal wedding event to come. Remained in box for a couple of years unworn. Took them out of box today and tried them on with my dress and the felted black material inside the shoe literally stuck to the skin in my feet. Very disappointed in my purchase. Never has this happened before with shoes, especially those that are new and never worn.”

They delay responding to initial request re delivery problems, make you do your own research into the missing delivery, and delay giving a refund or re- sending a replacement product. I finally had to dispute their credit card charge because they wouldn't issue me a refund for 2 shoes that I never received.”
