I ordered online cyber Monday sale. I had not received my order by 19 so I contacted then and only thing I could do send email. They replied said same thing my tracking number said. It had gotten to GA LOCATION ON FEDEX AND was in process of shipping. I just got email my product had been returned and they gave me refund!! Now I don't have my boots or the shawl prices ! Terrible customer service to help with issue and this was my first and last time ordered from them! Don't want your time with this company .
