I received someone else’s order and was told that they didn’t know where my order was and that I wouldn’t receive a refund until I took the incorrect order to fedex to return to them. And that since they didn’t know where my order was, I’d need to reorder everything. Sent the wrong order back, still haven’t seen a refund.
