Item never arrived, still charged delivery
Ordered a Nike TShirt 26th Dec and it never arrived. After much chasing and fobbing off by customer service, I received a refund but minus £5 delivery charge!! I cannot get hold of anyone to resolve this. By their own admission, the item did not ever reach my address, but I’m still charged delivery? Non existent customer service. Avoid.
