I spent a few minutes waiting for someone to help me, but they were more concerned with talking and laughing than working. Anyway, it didn't have the value of the merchandise on the display, which is already wrong. I decided to stop an employee and ask for help, questioning the value of the goods. I was talking to one girl and the other one just jumped in and answered the value of the product with extreme rudeness. I said I was going to buy the backpack and went to the cashier. 3 people to be able to sell at the checkout and no one was able to. I stayed there, waiting, waiting...the line was growing and no one could do anything. Terrible attendance. and it wasn't the first time. I decided to give it a second chance, but again the team proved that this is not a good shop for shopping. I left the store after asking the salesperson for the opening hours, who responded with extreme rudeness, I even thought of returning the next day, but I decided to buy at the competitor, where I was very well attended by Grafton Street sports.
