Best customer service experience I've had in a while. I made an error while purchasing a gift for my daughter online. As soon as I realized the error I got in touch through the chat agent. The agents were busy so I was instructed to add my issue and email to the chat and someone would respond. Less than 24 hours later I received a refund. No arguing, no hassle. Great customer service.
