Awful customer experience.
1. Order processed in store and money taken for an item not in stock and for which order could not be fulfilled.
2. Payment of refund not processed immediately as promised. Customer had to follow up over 10 days later to request and was told to travel 50 miles to the store to get a cash refund for a debit card transaction despite the errors being made by the retailer.
3. Horrendous customer support to match all that went before.
I will never transact with this entity again.
