Was over charged by 10 Euro for a new rugby shirt I purchased in Dublin and never realised until I was back in the uk. I sent proof to them via email and the said I would need to go back to the shop, I asked if they could give me the difference back via a gift voucher,
But they never answered my email they just shut the case. Really poor customer service.
