Awful experience with their customer service. I had to return my online order through Drop2shop service not to their shop. After 3 weeks of returning it, I didn't get a refund, I started contacting them through their customer service and they asked me stupid question like what items did you return although I gave them my order number and they should have all the information they need. A month later and I still have not got my money back!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN.
