You can tell a lot about a company by the way they deal with their customers! I ordered a bottle of alcohol free gin as a gift for my sister on Thursday which was due to be delivered on Friday.
There was a routing error by the courier which meant it was delayed. I emailed Lightdrinsk customer service on Friday and explained the situation, who Ryan their customer service manager responded within an hour, to say a new bottle was shipped and will be delivered on Saturday free of charge.
Bottle arrived as expected on Saturday, with a happy sister and her alcohol free gin :-)
Would recommend this company to friends and family.
