I chose the pick 'n' mix case. After choosing the drinks, I had a very friendly phone call explaining that 3 of drinks were out of stock and wont be in stock until a weeks time.
They apologized for this, refunded the 3 drinks and replaced them with 3 other beers. They also told me when the 3 drinks are in stock, they will send them to me free of charge! They honestly couldn't of been anymore helpful - you have a customer for life.
