I ordered 36 bottles from LightDrinks and received part of the order (15) very quickly. I contacted them by phone and spoke with a very helpful guy, Chris, who said he would look into it. A couple of days later I received a further 20 bottles and an email from Chris asking if I had received the balance of my order. I confirmed I had received 35 in total. Chris arranged a refund for the missing bottle and a discount off my next order. I understand the problem lay with the carriers but LightDrinks dealt with the problem quickly and courteously. I will use this company again.
