I ordered five bottles of beer and only four arrived. I emailed to ask if the other one would follow. I got a lovely email back apologising for the mistake and asking what beer was missing. I replied to the email explaining which bottle was missing and I’ve never heard anything since.
I was delighted with the beers which arrived but sadly I paid for one I didn’t get.
