Nonexistent customer service. Mailbox full it says. 3 weeks now. Package was stolen from mail. I paid the insurance. They sent me 1 email in 3 weeks, Sorry, nothing we can do. Was a faithful, repeat customer. No more. They haven't even tried to contact me back and offer some kinda anything!
