I have been ordering yocan xl dab pens for a year bought tend of them every single one of the buttons went bad on the batteries. They are defective and they probably are selling it knowing this. I went to Optimal Vapors guess what no issues using both batteries the buttons have spring and they do not break.
A few weeks ago ordered two more batteries from LighterUSA guess what? They forgot to seal the envelope their was no product in there. I made a complaint never was given a solution already filed with the post office but explained to them that I have the empty envelope which was not sealed its not ripped therefore its on their end.
They will not replace the batteries, reply back to me and customer service was terrible.
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT order from this place. They could ship me two batteries which came to 25 dollars because I used a coupon or I can take away thousands of dollars worth of customer business. They made their choice now I am making MINE. The best 25 dollars I ever spent thanks Lighterusa for the crappy service!”
“This place is a rip off,over priced then they try to get you to pay for faster shipping and the shipping you pay for actually takes longer.I ask for my shipping fees back and they said absolutely not. IT WAS ONLY $4 but it was just because, that's why I wanted my $4 for shipping back because it was taking forever. This places customer service is horrible.”
“Had ordered from them for over a year. Noticed a flavor change about two months ago on the Juicy vapes. A few weeks later, one of the vapes was dead on arrival. Messaged them and they gave me a coupon for the value. Fast forward three weeks, same thing happens with another one. I just opened one of the juicy vapes from order: S1000640712, and for the second time the vape was defective. I tried plugging it in and the light flashes a few times and then goes out. This is the same thing that occurred a few weeks ago. Not sure if there is an issue with the 5500’s, but I would like a refund.
