The speed with which my order was dispatched was excellent, indeed despite the purchase not being suitable felt I was dealing with a legit company. However the product being unsuitable was a minor irritation in comparison to trying to return this product!! No information regarding returns. Contact at company said they would mail me details of how to return goods. A message was sent but attachment could not be retrieved - so still no details/ still have lights and no use for them Still awaiting further info from company without the need for an unecessary expensive phone call. Every first class company I buy from on - line has had info on returns on original receipt even contains return form. I would have re - bought but returns response has deterred me.
