After placing the order, the lamp I ordered was found to be out of stock. I was contacted immediately and offered a full refund, without the hassle of me having to make the first move. I was happy to wait for the lamp, and it only took another week to arrive anyway. I was kept fully informed of delivery at all stages. The lamp was delivered in good condition and is an excellent addition to my home.
