I found the delivery time and condition of the packaging to be excellent. The customer service was also excellent, in particular there was a young lady I spoke to (forgotten her name) a few times and her demeaner and helpfullnes is what every Co. should wish for. The light it's self is great, I wished the lighist to be connected with the wire on the surface of the wall leading down to a switch socket. As the light was not designed for this, all it took was cutting a slot underneath the dimmer, filing it to enable a round cable to be inserted into the slot and hey presto. I use the lights for above each side of the bed, and use them as reading lights. The dimmer is great also, which allows me to dim my light, so as not to disturb the sleeping beauty beside me when she is sleeping.
