Service seemed good both when I had a phone query about the product and when I sadly needed to return the product. The ceiling light was not quite right for our bedroom. This is being written approximately one week after the product was returned. So far no refund has shown up on my account but I have no reason to suppose that it will not. My overall impression so far is of a good company and I'd be happy to recommend further business.
