This is an unbelievable rip-off! I ordered a "wool-cashmere jacket" and what I got was a completely different product. There was no resemblance to the ordered product, neither the color nor the style. And when I wanted to return it, they kept telling me I should accept a 50% refund and keep the jacket. I insisted on sending it back and when I did, they told me they didn't receive it because I sent it to their shipping location - they never gave me a different address although I told them in several emails that I will send it back. After another myriad of emails I now had to accept the 50% refund and they have their jacket back anyway. THIS IS A HORRIBLE STORE. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THERE!!!
