“I AM VERY NEW TO THIS COMPANY but i cannot get over the value for money on items, and the Quality. Amazing choice of virtually anything you are looking for. The flash sale section is a really fun place to check out. I also find that the size of the advertised item is true to size...i am from uk and i am size 14 i usually buy medium from this company but i do check every item sizes and sometimes the large is actually a better fit for some items it is important to check every single items individual size...the the fitting they send you is perfect. Agreat place to shop...and to get a bargain...we all like a bargain. and dont forget if you check into the app each day without making a purchase you build up points which helps make further purchases cheaper.... see for yourself .....jenny”

“I have dealt with Light in the Box for a few years now. The clothes and shoes i've purchased from them have always been of good quality, they are true to the size ordered, and only once have i had a complaint, about a mark on an item bought, which was resolved quickly. I recommend them - give them a try! Mac”

“I ordered a dress for a wedding in good time, delivery took longer than I expected but the dress arrived a couple of days before the party. I was very happy with the fit and the quality of the dress and was very comfortable wearing it. I got lots of compliments and several ladies (including my sister!) asked where I had found it. I told them of course. This was my first purchase from LightInTheBox and I will definitely be looking again.”

“I find Light in the box generally excellent for buying dresses in particular. It is very quick and efficient and also returns your money quickly if there's a problem. Using the app renders it cheaper for purchases also.Make sure to check correct length of garment chosen”

“There is no easy way to check what you have ordered, before receiving your items in transit. This should be on your main website front page on log in. Not necessarily on the App. Or as well as. I found it difficult to email you as I wanted to cancel one garment i ordered as I made a mistake ordering 2. Also some of your sizes of ladies garments can be a different size in the relationship of bust and waist differences. I have to order a small in some dresses to accommodate, but then can be larger in the other. I appreciate that your sizes in China are different to the UK. Also i noticed on some ladies clothes that the sleeve length is slightly too long, I have a decent length arm length for size 14 but some maybe shorter, hence having to alter the garment or return it for some people. Hope that helps! Im not sure who delivered my parcels, some may have been own dirver.”
