“The shirt I ordered arrived on the 16th of June at 11.11. I'm very happy with it. Great colour, the right material, & also a very nice fit. I shall wear it on my next train journey down to England. (Mr. J. Coulter, Ayrshire, Scotland).”

“There is no easy way to check what you have ordered, before receiving your items in transit. This should be on your main website front page on log in. Not necessarily on the App. Or as well as. I found it difficult to email you as I wanted to cancel one garment i ordered as I made a mistake ordering 2. Also some of your sizes of ladies garments can be a different size in the relationship of bust and waist differences. I have to order a small in some dresses to accommodate, but then can be larger in the other. I appreciate that your sizes in China are different to the UK. Also i noticed on some ladies clothes that the sleeve length is slightly too long, I have a decent length arm length for size 14 but some maybe shorter, hence having to alter the garment or return it for some people. Hope that helps! Im not sure who delivered my parcels, some may have been own dirver.”

“I have placed several orders withis this website and found it to be filled to the brim with a variety of products to choose from. I mainly purchased dresses which are lovely and light, perfect for summer days and many formal and informal occassions, particularly if you like long dresses which I do. I had regular emails on my parcel progress and with the courier, an option to deliver to a nearby locker which was extremely convenient for me. I did have one instance when an item was delayed however, it was handled professionally and delivered once in stock.”

“Never got my earings in the end but thankful i got my money back it seems you have to be at home to collect you order other wise it goes back to sender it happened me twice now in the end as i said i got my money back.”

“Lots of choice and good fit clothing. The dress I purchased is a lovely fabric and washes very well. It arrived earlier than expected which was great. I will be buying from them again.”

“We started using LightInTheBox a few months ago. Initially we only purchased a couple of things because we couldn't believe the cost and thought the quality would be poor. “My shirt arrived on Friday the 10th of April at 11.15. I tried it on straight away. It's a great fit, & I love the blue colour. I shall be wearing it on the first sunny day we get here in Ayrshire, Scotland. I will also wear it on my travels to England on the train, in the coming months.
