“I first discovered Lightinthebox years ago and bought some superhero teeshirts which were fab. I recently re-discovered them and their range of products has grown massively. I bought shoes and a teeshirt which arrived on time and I'm very pleased with both items. I've also ordered a pair of boots, a teeshirt and a pair of trousers which haven't yet arrived but I'm confident that the quality will be excellent.”

“Light In The Box provides me with an excellent choice of shirts , Jackets, etc that are different from anything I can buy in my area of Scotland. I wear these clothes when I travel down to England on the train about 3 or 4 times a year to music concerts. I'm extremely happy with everything I've bought so far, & they also give me an idea of when my items should arrive. The colours & prints are just what I'm looking for. (Mr J. Coulter. Ayrshire).”

“I found lightinthebox on facebook, liked the style of some of their shirts, so bought one as a tester. The quality was on the ball. I've since bought another 10 shirts from them. Im a man of a certain age, so like to dream a little younger. (im not really vain) ((no, honest))”

“My most recent order from Lightinthebox has not yet been received by me. The shipping company used by Lightinthebox has closed down and gone into receivership and are no longer contactable. I have emailed Lightinthebox several times detailing the order number and requesting their help but the only response I get is repeatedly explain the problem and advise on how to track my order.It is obvious their customer service team are not reading my emails properly and have no desire to sort the issue out. I will not be placing any further orders as their customer service is a joke.”
