I've had a mixed experience with Light in the Box, and I'd like to share my thoughts for anyone considering shopping with them. First off, some of their clothing items are absolutely fabulous. The colors are vibrant, the fits are generally flattering, and I’ve found a few standout pieces that have become favorites in my wardrobe. The quality of these particular items matches their appealing aesthetics, making them a great find. However, the positive aspects are somewhat overshadowed by several issues. The quality of other items can be quite disappointing, feeling cheap and poorly made. It's frustrating to receive garments that don’t live up to the expectations set by the more impressive pieces. One of the biggest challenges with shopping at Light in the Box is the sizing. It’s extremely unpredictable. Items where the same measurements have been labelled anything from an S to an XL, make it nearly impossible to gauge what will fit properly. Additionally, the measurements provided are not always accurate, which further complicates the process of selecting the right size. Overall, Light in the Box has some hidden gems, but be prepared for inconsistency in both quality and sizing. It’s worth checking out if you’re willing to take a risk, but for a more reliable shopping experience, you might want to consider other options.

I bought 3 pairs of dance shoes and when they eventually arrived they were at least 2 sizes smaller than stated. When I tried to return them, the process was so complicated and potentially expensive that I decided not to bother and now have the added task of trying to sell them. I will not use LIght in the Box for anything that needs to fit, ever again. Light in the Box have now refunded my money, which it a good thing. It was unexpected as this was not the reason for my complaint. It's a shame it had to come to this, but I will now review my opinion and may use them in future

I bought 3 hats which all came in the same box wrapped individually. No order note, purchase note, nothing of any confirmation description either. Very disappointed in warped brims on each of the hats. They look as if they've been poorly stored. Still looking how to return them.

The 2 shirts I ordered indicted short sleeve in pictures and cotton. In realisy they are cheap nylon long sleeve with no tie back on sleeves and no wash instructions or labels inside of any description ?.I have asked for a refund and as of yet received no refund ! or communication other than countless adverts for more items to buy.If the items were decent quality material they might be worth it unfortuntely the pictures lie and they are cheap and nasty materials.I have been taken for a ride by these adverts

The dress I ordered was sooo unlike the picture that my daughters and I all just burst out laughing! Instead of the beautiful dress with sparkly top half and vibrant flowing skirt, it came as a badly blurred photo print pattern on a hideous old fationed material at the top, with scruffy, unmatching stitching and a very dull colour skirt on the bottom. The power of photo enhancement to deceive the custom at its best! However, the company have now organised a refund and let me keep the dress so I will be taking it to a charity shop, hopefully there will be someone who'll enjoy it for a couple of quid! I would definitely NEVER by from this company again

I wrote to you some days ago about the T-Shirt I ordered on the 22nd June 2023 & was delivered on the 4th July 2023. For some reason the top loops that relate to the top black buttons, are white. They look very strange and out of place. The picture on your website shows black loops to correspond to the black buttons. I am surprised that you have not responded to that email. I have however received more correspondence inviting me to buy more Shirts/blouses.

Purchased 2 pairs of mens cargo shorts in different colours ,but was sent 2 pairs the same colour ,not great as they were birthday gifts for the same person . As this was my first purchase wasn't the best advert for this company .

No variable returns system, as it's at your expense to return the product to Asia /China Their sizing isn't great, so if you order by their sizing it comes up small & will cost more to return than you originally paid for the item

I ordered two summer shirts for my holiday abroad in June. Both were in size 'L' (Large) Both arrived in the same package. The first was perfect. The second was more like a child's size. I tried to complain but every time I attempted to upload a photograph, the upload failed......conveniently. I have placed the smaller shirt on top of the large shirt so the size difference can be seen.

Have recently purchased three items from this company. Nice items but two of them did not fit, all size 14 but one too small and one too large. When trying to return for a refund i found that it is expensive to return items but there is an option to keep them and receive a very small amount of money back. Not ideal so I opted to return the items. Supposed to hear back from the company with further instructions but almost two weeks later I have heard nothing from them.

Both Tankini & shorts seem to come up large. I wanted to return item, but it's just too damn complicated, so I'll wear the top & shorts on holiday, but not to swim in. They don't feel tight enough not to move & reveal me in the water!
