I purchase 2 dresses one was faulty HOLE on right arm seam front of dress
No forms or any way of contacting request exchange or refund !
Both dresses The size was perfect but unable to contact anyone without downloading APP ... this I do not want to do ... Material bad unrepairable
19th May purchases and still waiting for instructions address etc but asked PayPal for help
Not happy ITEM NOT RETURNED YET no idea where & how to send
