Very slow postage, waited about 3 weeks before the goods were even shipped out, if they were not in stock they should have just said, also printing on one of them was very poor.

I was disappointed with all the clothing that I ordered. Looking back, the photographs were quite blurred so it was hard to see the clothing design details. I also ordered some items for my cats which I'm delighted with. I won't buy clothes again; flimsy fabric & fitted badly.

I placed my order on the 15th of November, it wasn't dispatched until the 26th. I emailed you at the beginning of December asking where my purchase was as you claimed at the time of purchase that the expected arrival should be 2 weeks. You claimed that it was the uk postal strikes were to blame even though it hadn't arrived in the UK. It eventually arrived on the 15th of December. 32 days for delivery is terrible. It had nothing to do with any strike as according to the tracking it took two days to be arrive once they received it.

My recent purchase have left me with a sad feeling. I was incorrectly sent a wrong size.It's nearly 3weeks now and customer service has not resolved this issue for me.I'm demoralised and feel edgy shopping with you again fearing this is the norm. If this is how innocent customers are treated, they would be hesitant shopping with Lightinthebox. I want an urgent resolution to my complaint. Thanks.

The swimming costume I bought was nice but was hopeless for me - too low in the bust and too cut away in the leg . I hadn’t realised it was shipping from china - I should have looked more carefully before buying . So when I tried to return the postage cost almost as much as the costume so no point in returning - so sadly I have wasted my money and costume it will go to charity shop

I am happy with the quality of products ordered but I am dissatisfied with the lack of advice given about items which you claim cannot be returned. Customers should be given more visible advice if this is the case. I am still waiting to here if I am getting a refund for items which do not fit. Access to direct customer care would be much appreciated. Please can I be emailed a prompt response and course of action.

Don't buy anything from Light in the Box unless you are absolutely sure you want to keep them as it seems impossible to return those items which are smaller than the size indicates or you have bought because you are not sure of the size you need. There is no packing list and no returns address. This is a shame because I like the clothes I have bought from them and costly as I can't get a refund.

The dress sizes need to be reviewed, as it seems the waist and bust measurements are correct, but you have failed to realise that most people are not straight between those measurements, it's more of a V shape from the bust to the waist and that's were the dress doesn't fit.

I ordered an outfit for my daughter's wedding. OPted to submit my own measurements to ensure that it was all ready to go. Outfit arrived. Fabric fabulous. Workmanship good. Measurements had been totally ignored and the trouser part of the suit is unwearable - I'm still hoping that a local dressmaker can make adjustments to it. At the moment, the crotch of the outfit comes closer to my knees that my crotch! Waistline marred by heavy duty elastic. I am a standard UK size 12 by the way - no need for this weight of elastic on what is supposed to be an elegant outfit. Very disappointed

I am most disappointed as this was my 1st order with Lightinthebox. After 2wks I received 2 identical, very crushed tennis skirts on June 25th. I have given feedback &, as requested, sent daylight & fluorescent light photos of the skirts. The creases have not dropped out of the skirts & as yet my problem has not been resolved.
