I have raised return instruction with you as the shirt (logo to small) is not as shown in the photo on your website, I don't as yet have a reply, I'm happy to exchange the shirt for the one shown on your website, the Christmas Tree logo is not as shown.

4 of the 5 items are really good, the Shirt i purchased is not the same size as description it is far too small. I have tried to get contact via the app but it will not send me a link to action the return. I want to return this item but cannot make contact...... can someone give me an email address I can actually reply to!!!

They are good, but over say €100 the postage should be free! They are also very hard to contact!

You have a good range of products, but some of the pictures bare no resemblance to what is delivered. On a few occasions the sizing has been dreadful, also wrong sizes have been sent and because of where they are sent from, there is no returns procedure.

The goods I ordered were unsuitable. Light in the Box provided an easy solution to the slightly difficult process of returning them. Good customer service from this company. Thankyou.

I had 2 items recently that were wrong in size asking for a code etc to return ,but Lightinbox said keep and we will refund the money. so I shall and take the items to a charity shop and hope someone likes them

It is very easy to order from. Customer service are also very helpful but returns are not good at all . Bear this in mind when ordering anything. I only ordered one thing as Reviews are 50 /50 for this company. I had no problems and no need to return anything for first 4 orders so Great I have found them to be a very hit -and -miss company now. which is a shame because they have some lovely clothes .I have ordered certain sizes that need to be taken in and also the other end of the scale things that are supposed to be certain sizes arent at all. 5xl are more like a Medium And then the problem with returns. . I would love to order more as I have so many things I love the look of but really unsure now of sizing so always check each individual size chart for any clothes when ordering and hope you dont have to return any. The customer service is also very good. Sizing is extremely hit and miss . Some of their largest 5xl can be as small as a meduim and the ladies Lingerie cup size is so small and returns is a problem when needed . Offers are made to help the company keep costs down as its a

I recently bought five shirts with the exception of one which didn't suit me. The other four were great and i will enjoy wearing these new shirts when ever i'm going out in the city, Thank you.
