I bought a nice pair of cotton trousers for the summer and am very pleased with them except for the sizing. I bought 2XL but they came up much smaller. Fortunately I am losing weight.

Nice stuff but the returns is not good when u but it doesn’t give a returns form but to send stuff back to them u have to send back to China it costs too much to send back more than the goods bought …..I won’t be buying from here again Iv got items I can’t wear

One shirt the correct size XL the other one had XL on the label, but it was nor even a large

The pictures did not show the dresses as they are. Some did not suit or fit properly. You made it IMPOSSIBLE to get a full refund. Not at all Happy and will not use you again AND I will tell all my friends how bad your customer service is because there is NO customer service. My complaint has now been dealt with by customer service after many e mails this complaint has now been resolved to an idicom of satisfaction.

The dresses were quite well made but the sizing is not consistent. I have ordered dresses in the same size on several occasions and each time one of them has not been the correct fit. Also the return process is very complicated and I just gave up trying to work it out and just had to accept the loss of those items.

My items arrived and one was marked and one wasn't as expected so not suitable. However the return communication took a while and postage was expensive to return so I had a refund of 60% and kept the item. Not ideal but that's what my experience was.

Ordered 2 dresses. Delivery was slow but dresses arrived within the time frame. One dress is exactly as described and looks fabulous. The other dress is poor quality, not as described and certainly not value for money.

I recently ordered 2 products, which were not as described. I did not get any help or offer to exchange them, in fact I got a voucher for future purchases. Overall not that happy with the products or the support I received.

I ordered two tops, one white sporty-looking top without a hood for myself, however, I got one with a hood which was different to the one I ordered, so wasn't happy about that. and the other item was a T-shirt for my wife which was just fine. The order took ages to get to me. WHY? but overall, I gave the top away to somebody who likes hoods. Only OK this time, I will order once more, however, if I have any more problems I will not come back.

Bought 3 items. One pair of heated socks at approx 30 euros. The switch on one of these socks did not work. The second pair of heated socks were 17 euro. These are ok but wires travel under the sole of one of them and are slightly uncomfortable and finally the heated snood which works so far and is nice to wear. I have since received a reply back from customer service to refund for the broken item. Very appreciative of this and changes my opinion of this company.

Wonderful designs but terrible slimy, polyester. Would buy a lot more if t shirts were made of cotton, even if it cost more.

The idea behind LITB is good, the prices are low and the quality is reasonable. The main problem I see is with sizing All the clothes are modelled by young extremely fit people who are not normally sized. The follow on from this is with exchanges, returns and refund/credits. Another issue is with shipping costs and taxes they come as a bit of a shock. The method of selling reminds me of Piramid selling, they try and try to keep you buying, it becomes almost addictive. The old addige you get what you pay for comes to mind. Having said all that I am sure there are many items offering exceptional value for money.

Placed 2 orders .................. one of them turned up very quickly - within a few weeks. The other, I am still waiting for nearly 3 months after placing.
