I recently purchased two shirts. The one I did like and have kept although the other shirt was not as shown on the screen unfortunately and am returning it to you. I will however state that the designs you have are very good indeed.

Although the products were of acceptable quality, their description was very misleading and wrong. Both tankinis were described as 2 piece swimwear but one was a one piece swimsuit and the other was the tankini top only even though they had said it came with briefs! Was offered a discount but still disappointed when you can’t trust the description!

I would definitely have given a higher score if the returns process wasn't so complicated and expensive. £22 for a return is outrageous. Also I felt I was blamed for the sizing being incorrect. The dress was well made, just didn't suit me. Would be so much easier to include a returns label like other companies. Has put me off buying again.

I purchased 2 dresses only to receive one, I tried contacting customer service if y, ou can call it that, there is no one to actually speak to still not resolved my problem, I want to cancel the missing dress BUT HOW very disappointed with the websiye

I have ordered a few things from this site & have a few opinions of my own. You must check the sizing charts on everything u order. The majority of ladies wear is targeted at perfect 6’ tall, size 0 model, not so good if you’re 5’1” & a size 16, so expect to pay extra for alterations if u can’t sew like me! 🫣 Expect a lengthy wait for delivery to the UK & beware that delivery dates are not always honoured. I’m essence you CANT return items, it’s just not feasible, so check reviews for extra sizing, fabric or extras the info guide doesn’t give you! It’s a good & varied site with exceptional choices, you just need to be careful as noted above. Enjoy your purchases & good luck 😉

Clothes are lovely & very good value but you need to really look at their sizing chart as everything is smaller than other sites & postage works out expensive to return anything.

The website was easy to navigate and one of the items I bought was excellent. However, trying to return the other is proving very difficult. I need a return label which they are not sending me. I have completed the questions they sent and it said two days before I would have a response, that was well over a week ago.

A dress that I bought was too small, as this was a reduced item it doesn’t now appear online therefore there are no instructions as how to return, I emailed customer services and they replied with a mixed up message about how to change password, so no I don’t recommend this company if you need to return

NOT HAPPY AT ALL . Dress I ordered was shoddily made no shape whatsoever, nothing like the the one advertised . I’ve read the reviews since receiving the dress and wont be paying to return item as it seems a waste of time and more money which is shameful as lightin the box are gaining out of us all.. stay away from them.

I love your offerings dresses bags jewellery etc but your return policy is totally unsatisfactory. I have spent days trying to return 1 of 2 dresses I bought with no success ! Please help and I’ll buy again and again Liz

I bought a coat 6 months ago the wool bobbled after 2wks , and i have just bought a pair of suede shoes after one week they fell apart this company should be closed for ever its complete rubbish twice bitten never again.

I read the reviews on here when I was initiating a return to Light in the Box and they are all true... they absolutely do make things extreeemely difficult! I needed to return 2 of the 3 dresses I purchased. So, I went in all guns blazing, threatened to complain to the Industry of Commerce in China and that I would only accept a full refund including cost of return postage. They enhanced the deal to a 50% refund or 60% reward (credit) which was initially 30% and 50%. I firmly declined. I stood my ground and they have now given me a 70% refund on the full order (3 dresses which totalled £120) and I keep the dresses (2 of which I will try to sell on Ebay, the other one i will use). I provided photos of the poor quality and stains and inundated them with emails and tickets with CAPS ON AND LOTS OF !!!!!!!! lol. My advice, if you want to return, is to blame the quality rather than sizing etc. Make it their responsibility. Provide pics of the poor stitching, stains, anything! I't won't be hard because the quality is very poor. Keep telling them it is their fault and give the impression that you know your rights and you will get your money back. Good luck!

I am giving lightinthe box 3stars. The dress I got is lovely and fits nicely. The material is a bit flimsy but good value really. Im worried about an order I had to cancel as my daughter's Ball was cancelled and I really hope they dont make me take the products as I cancelled before they were shipped. I am also waiting for another dress which I will review when it comes. Its taking longer to come than the other order. Also I am hoping to order a hat and bag for a wedding I will be attending soon. I will keep you posted on all aspects of my order. Hope to do business with lightinthebox again soon.

The items I was pleased with were good but the 2 others were not the size as advertised even when measured The delivery was not particularly good as I would have liked the goods earlier I hope that my next order which is already in will be delivered quicker I will continue to use the company as they have some sifferent clothes
