“The Item I ordered doesn’t work and I am having lots of hassle trying to return it and obtain a refund. I would be very reluctant to order from here again.”

“After receiving my order, within the specified time, I found the the garments were too small. After contacting the customer services team we resolved the problem through polite emails and suggestions within a few weeks. There is definitely an issue with differing sizes from the UK, EU and US, but it got resolved to everyone's satisfaction. Well done!”

“I ordered 3 dresses but only liked one of them. The colour of the other 2 was not true to the image online. The dress I liked has good shape and th colour was true to the online image, and very good value for money.”

“very disappointed that the clothes are not like the pictures, and the lack of easy ways to return garments if not happy. also if the postage charges are high why does it take so long to receive the items?”

“I ordered a size 16 dress...I am 14/16 and iit was too tight across my chest. More like 12/14. Gave it away. Other than that it would have been perfect. Very well made!”

“3 as one item I ordered months ago has not arrived ! T,shirts are good for what they cost in sale , as synthetic ! Would prefer to pay more for cotton , as more comfortable ! Certainly interesting ! But I live in England , UK ! Service is far better than stuff from China ! As I never receive items ordered !”

“Everything I bought was great. Great material. I was very happy. My only problem was I ordered a man's t-shirt. What arrived was not what I ordered. It was a plain ugly version of the shirt. That was disappointing. Apart from that i loved everything else. I would recommend this site. I will use it again”

“My three shirts are all very nice, feel good, decent stitching, etc. Unfortunately despite them all being XXL as ordered, one is a nice fit, one is a tight fit, and the third I can't get on at all. The shirts are great, the sizing is 'variable'.”

“Nice stuff but the returns is not good when u but it doesn’t give a returns form but to send stuff back to them u have to send back to China it costs too much to send back more than the goods bought …..I won’t be buying from here again Iv got items I can’t wear”

“The pictures did not show the dresses as they are. Some did not suit or fit properly. You made it IMPOSSIBLE to get a full refund. Not at all Happy and will not use you again AND I will tell all my friends how bad your customer service is because there is NO customer service. My complaint has now been dealt with by customer service after many e mails this complaint has now been resolved to an idicom of satisfaction.”

“The dresses were quite well made but the sizing is not consistent. I have ordered dresses in the same size on several occasions and each time one of them has not been the correct fit. Also the return process is very complicated and I just gave up trying to work it out and just had to accept the loss of those items.”

“My items arrived and one was marked and one wasn't as expected so not suitable. However the return communication took a while and postage was expensive to return so I had a refund of 60% and kept the item. Not ideal but that's what my experience was.”

“Ordered 2 dresses. Delivery was slow but dresses arrived within the time frame. One dress is exactly as described and looks fabulous. The other dress is poor quality, not as described and certainly not value for money.”
