The dress is beautiful but the size is a bit on the small size, a clingy fit.

My dress was very nice good quality however I ordered a too big size and have reordered onother one similar as I have a function soon. The tulle skirt is poorly made cheap material not as advertised I regret buying a second one I have bought goods twice @£ 93.00 and £65.00 no discount You told me on next order but there was no provision .

I am still waiting trying to return and exchange my items. I do like the items but they were to big. I found it a little complicated when it came to returns. (eg taking pictures measurements, uploading, no address to send mentioned and paying for your return etc) whereas some websites are straight forward print labels and return.

Delivery can’t be faulted and tracking was great. Using the measurement chart provided I ordered a jacket one size bigger than the chart suggested, it arrived yesterday and I can’t get into it at all, I would need to have gone 3-4 sizes bigger at least. Bit disappointing just need to find a child who needs a gift now.

Pretty sure I have already reviewed this. Disappointingly small and nothing like the illustration photos. Mine only show light at the tips of the optical fibres. Won’t buy them again

Lightinthebox dresses have impressed with their quality and delivery is first class, however the returns and postage costs are offset to the customer and invariably is a cost too far.

I was disappointed that you don't have a better returns facility. It is very off-putting to buy items in the future. It's a real case of you getting it right 1st time or you're stuck with your mistake. Having said that, the alternate facility of % credit is acceptable.

Look product are good , not bad but retuning system is not good and because of that people not gonna come back again for shopping, if u send products from UK warehouses then when we go for returning it why we have to send it China that's sick .... I think light in the box gonna consider this matter because rerun and changing this is really important fact in clothing businesses Thank you But no thank u because I've been told to return my shoes to the chain so either way I will lose my money and get nothing , I know u guys providing compensation but we need product that why we have spent money not to get compensation. Hope you got it bye

I only gave you 3 stars because I had ordered 2 items the same size. One was perfect but the other was much smaller. I contacted you and am still waiting for instructions as to how I return the small one.

Bought 4 items. Decent quality and fit on 2 and poor quality and fit on others. Delivery times ranged from average to very poor. Unlikely that I will shop here again.

Loved the fashions advertised. However I will not be ordering from you in the future as the sixes do not match UK sizes and the returns policy is complicated and unfriendly. An item I received , costing £17.99, would have cost me £12 to return. It was unsuitable because the size ordered (L) was nowhere near a UK size (16). I could not even get it over my bust and I am. Size 12/14. Very disappointed.

Company that does not issue labels for return is bad and highly unprofessional as them you are stuck with clothes that is not suitable or too big or small and they offer a partial refund which is not good enough so you loose out as sending bank to China is too high cost!
