I ordered two fascinators and they arrived in the time frame expected but, unfortunately, only packed in a plastic bag, and Royal Mail managed to squeeze it through the letter box! They are not looking good at the moment but I'm hoping they may spring back into a better shape in a day or two!

These products are fragile, so these products are supposed to be packed with sufficient protection. If these were delivered in bad condition, then we will take full responsibility. Some great stuff available - the ordering process could be a little more transparent if i purchase an item i would like to see the maximum delivery time including processing - it can feel misleading when it states pay extra for quick delivery only to then be presented with 14 day processing time. You only really realise this after you have already made the payment.

I wrote the review one week ago in regards to light up shoes I bought for my grandson, following my review I was contacted and was pleased to find that my concerns were followed up by management. They apologised for the faulty product and the lack of initial follow up and promptly sent a new pair at no additional charge. My grandson is thrilled and I truly appreciate the response. Pays to follow up. My efforts were justly rewarded.

I had a different experience, the delivery took a little bit of time but it wasn't a burden to me. I got my package safe, sound and perfect. It could be better if the company works faster on delivery issues..

Absolute rubbish. I ordered a dog repeller for my grandchikd who is terrified of running dogs without leads. Waited weeks for it to arrive and it never worked.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ORDERED 2 DRESSES THE WORST QUALITY EVER. THEY TELL YOU TO SEND PHOTOS TO PROVE THE QUALITY!!!!! AFTER COUNTLESS EMAILS TO THEM THEY REPLY AUTOMATED ONES INSTRUCTING YOU TO CLICK ON LINKS THAT DON'T EXIST. IT COST £20 TO POST THEM TO "CHINA" AND THEY NOW SAY MY FILE IS CLOSED AND TO REAPPLY FOR REFUND. THEY ARE A SCAM AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN

Although generally happy, my last purchase of a pair of cycling gloves were torn on arrival. Their return/ refund policy and photo upload process needs improving, but the problem has now been rectified and monies are going to be refunded back to me in due course.

Love the site and how I can get lots of bits cheap. Delivery can take AGES with no tracking available. So that can be a bit rubbish but overall it’s good.

Hi my recent order consisted of a handbag and a bra the bag was great but I was sent the wrong bra which was the wrong size and colour I asked for a red bra and I was sent a blue one and the size was too small so I wasn't very happy.

I love my leggings don't lift my bum that much but they're comfy. Grey 1s have a hole in the crotch though. Also bra doesn't support me at all

Lightinthebox is not fake. The customer service responds accurately. The delivery time happened to me was too long (3,5 months) due to year end load and the pandemic affect. Though, ALL goods delivered in right order (200€ order, 8 pieces of cycling clothing). The sizing was accurate, no surprise at all. The quality is fair enough, matching the low budget. Sad to say that 2 defects happened to my goods: permanent stains on jersey and a fake chest pocket! However, i recommend the lightinthebox as low budget, fair quality supplier for cycling clothing. ilias georgopoulos, athens, greece

Customer service gets back to you quickly and the site has a good range of products, I would recommend double checking sizings though as some are difficult to understand (most of the sizing is not uk or us as product are manufactured in China)
