Although generally happy, my last purchase of a pair of cycling gloves were torn on arrival. Their return/ refund policy and photo upload process needs improving, but the problem has now been rectified and monies are going to be refunded back to me in due course.

Love the site and how I can get lots of bits cheap. Delivery can take AGES with no tracking available. So that can be a bit rubbish but overall it’s good.

Hi my recent order consisted of a handbag and a bra the bag was great but I was sent the wrong bra which was the wrong size and colour I asked for a red bra and I was sent a blue one and the size was too small so I wasn't very happy.

I love my leggings don't lift my bum that much but they're comfy. Grey 1s have a hole in the crotch though. Also bra doesn't support me at all

Lightinthebox is not fake. The customer service responds accurately. The delivery time happened to me was too long (3,5 months) due to year end load and the pandemic affect. Though, ALL goods delivered in right order (200€ order, 8 pieces of cycling clothing). The sizing was accurate, no surprise at all. The quality is fair enough, matching the low budget. Sad to say that 2 defects happened to my goods: permanent stains on jersey and a fake chest pocket! However, i recommend the lightinthebox as low budget, fair quality supplier for cycling clothing. ilias georgopoulos, athens, greece

Customer service gets back to you quickly and the site has a good range of products, I would recommend double checking sizings though as some are difficult to understand (most of the sizing is not uk or us as product are manufactured in China)

Good jacket but cheap zipper as it broke after only a week, don't want to send it back as it will take time and money not to worth it if you live in UK. Sorry

The products are pretty good and the images/patterns on them are excellent. However, the sizing is a problem and delivery time is quite long. I have bought twice from LitB. No problems with the first but problems with 3 items second time. Fixing issues is very difficult because of shipping time and cost. One item not as expected, one item is 4XL when I ordered 2XL and one item labelled as 2XL but is much more like M and I can't get it on! Solution offered so far is a discount on next order!! Not acceptable!

It is an excellent page to order orders, since it has many products and a great variety with good prices internationally, the only problem is that it tends to fail from time to time and they take a long time to arrive, if they could solve that aspect it would be perfect.

Graphics are nowhere near what is shown. They are blurry very disappointing. 2 of the shirts do not fit. They say they guarantee satisfaction however 5 emails have been ignored! Even though I was disappointed I was going to keep 3 of the 5 but now I am going to call my bank dispute the charges File a BBB complaint, a complaint with New Jersey attorneys general and another complaint with the New Jersey Consumer protection AGency. I would be happy to post pictures to compare to their ads and your will see the quality of the graphics is extremely misleading!
