My experience with this shopping site in a way has not been so bad nor too good, the last time I p purchased an item from them out took like years to get to me their shipping system is to slow and I had to pay for so many thing that accumulated to a huge amount of money Thier charges are high and some of the product quality was not what I expected but they are not so bad. At the end of the day I will still like to try them out.

Their customer care has always been swift to attend to any questions I have, such as when delivery sometimes becomes slow, or when my payment sometimes doesn't get confirmed on time. All in all they have always come through and I will surely recommend anyone new to online shopping to try out LightInTheBox. I am very sure LightInTheBox can still make some improvement.

This so slow but it's very kind and wonderfull online shopping in the world. My own experience this very very best . Dute fee is slow process but welldone. I requment to you lightin the box used every time.,.,.,.

I would say my experience with lightinTheBok this time around isn't quit satisfying as the previous one.This time around,they weren't at their full best at all.The delivery service is what peaces me off.Their the shipment tok like almost forever before i finally got my purchased goods here in Nigeria,but never the less i still consider LightinTheBox the best in online shopping.

This is the worst product ever bought! I have ordered some LED lights from them and when they arrived late, I put them up, it wan not working! I took the light to the service center, & they found the wires are broken. these cost a lot for what they are and now they don't even work. How do I get a refund?!

At first your shipping was really fast but now it's so slow. Even the products quality has diminished. Please do something about it lightinthebox. The only problem I have with you, is you slow shipping and diminished quality. But I still enjoy shopping with you. Please resolve these issues for a better shopping.

LightInTheBox is a good online shopping medium. I have recently brought some product from them. The product price and customer service was good. But the shipping was slow and product quality was not 100%. Considering price, it was good. Overall it was a good experience.

LightInTheBox is a company to reley on for your purchase, they are absolutely great in terms of shipping of items to desired location,good delivery services,affordable price and most of all you can easily request for refund if any fuzz, the only problem I had with them was a little delay in support response which I have seen improvement... Every other thing is fine with this company..

Not quite long I started shopping online with lightinthebox. At first your shipping was really fast but now it's so slow. And even the products quality has diminished. Nonetheless, I still enjoy shopping online with you. Please resolve these issues so your customers could get at least 95% shopping satisfaction.

worst product I've ever bought! I ordered some Water purifire from this company and when they arrived, I put them up, only to find they don't work! have tried everything but the wires are broken. these cost a lot for what they are and now they don't even work. How do I get a refund?

Very Nice and Amazing product but this site needs some improvements . The dilevery is late from the mentioned times . The product is 98% good but overall the service is amazing .

I write a review because I want to share my shipping experience. Delivery is too late. Not standard price with standard quality. I did not get 100% quality products. Customer services is irresponsible. At the end I am happy to get my products. I have request, Please improve quality, customer support and quick delivery. Thanks
