“Well let me say this is my first time giving the online shopping a go. I wouldn't say I was exactly pleased because there were some downsides to my experience with LightInTheBox. First off the shipping took like forever. The product quality wasn't that really top notch and their prices weren't compatible with the quality of what was being sold. In all though, I was satisfied. Not the very best of experience but I go what I wanted”

“I loved shopping and had a great over all shopping experience with LightInTheBox; however, they have slow delivery process and the products that are recieved are not as good quality as expected. But they do have a really good customer support and I will definitely consider them again while shopping.”

“Light In The Box is a very respected company, and Im happy that im one of their customers, even though with their great services which they offers to their customers, Im not satisfied 100% with their work, for instance the shipping fees and the shipping companies which they offers to my country are very limited and pricey, its not possible for me to spend another 10 or 15 dollars as an extra fee for shipping, plus the shipping carriers are very limited and some of them have problems in dealing with my country, another problem that I faced is that not all the products are available to me, I really hope that they will work on that, however, as an overall my experiment with this company was good, and I will buying from them again in the near future”
