So after some trouble with one wrong shipped tail light and four missing sheets of stickers i finally got my new package on 27.01.2021 .But after unpacking i saw the stickers where complete this time but once again i got the circle shape tail light.So i can not give more than three stars because i got one wrong item again.But it´s okay just let it be.Maybe it´s too hard for some people to make a difference between heart shape and circle shape.This one more star is given for the effort of the customer support who was really kind and took care of the problem.Maybe even customer support can not track properly what the issue is and why i got the wrong tail light again.But okay..Shit happens and at least the stickers are complete now...but i will think twice if i order again...

Ho effettuato due ordini a distanza di qualche settimane l'uno dall'altro per uno stesso prodotto. La spedizione è stata abbastanza veloce (15 giorni circa) e l'acquisto di ottima qualità. Aspettative soddisfatte.

J'ai acheté un magnifique "sweat à capuche" avec un imprimé de montagne pas cher. A la réception ce n'est PAS un sweat, il n'a PAS de capuche. c'est un simple teeshirt à manches longues...trop grand pour moi malgré la taille S. Pour vos futurs achats attention à la traduction en français des articles, attention à la taille qui n'est pas la même qu'en France. Sinon c'est acceptable car c'est très peu cher

I ordered a jumper for my daughter in law it arrives and felt so soft ans nice however there was a hole right in the middle at the front it seems during some stage the wool thread pulled and broken also some Loose wool on front. Upon trying to return and get my full refund it has been a constant battle with their customer services offering me a percentage off if I kept the garment etc. I am still battling with them I wanted a perfect jumper not imperfect, I purchased another as a gift for Xmas . I’ve requested a returns label and done everything right to their own written policies yet they refuse my rights to a full refund. I am now waiting Yet again for their response and hopefully my refund. Why do companies not stick to their own policies (terms & conditions) I would have liked to have written a glowing review because the jumper nice but ruined by customer services. I even sent photos as proof after delivery . I hope they do the right thing and refund me. Dee Reboe - Suffolk. UK

I ordered some artificial holly with lights which took a long time to arrive, but I did receive it before Christmas. It looks very nice but after about a week the lights have faded & not as bright as they were to begin with.

I ordered 2 shirts for age 11-12 but when they arrived only one was the right size, although both labelled the same. The Wolf one is far too big. What to do with Christmas fast approaching?

The order was easy to place, good choice of things to look at. I chose two items, then tracked progress. Weren't dispatched for another 4 days then took two weeks to arrive. Wasn't impressed by speed of delivery at all as were items I was waiting for.

The products are very well made . The designs are extremely eye-catching. However for the UK market , the sizes are small. Order one size up and all should be good .

I ordered some cushion covers that looked very bright and quirky and were described as linen. But the fabric was an open weave man made fibre with what seems to be a plastic covering on the inside. The design was badly printed and nowhere near as vibrant in colour as suggested in the photographs. They'll be ok for outside chairs in the summer

I ordered an item last Oct 24, 2020 und turns out i cannot find my order and cannot track my order! amount was already paid. I have not yet receive the item and cannot track it because my order was not in my account.

Have a look a the reviews. Many are identical and the same names crop up over and over again. Buyer beware as I suspect they are paying people to write positive reviews
