The dress is not as described and that’s being kind. I have contacted them three times but no response.

Initially things were going well because I accidentally placed a second order of the Sunset Lamp which was reasonably easy to do by accident and I received a full refund for the second order. However I’m still waiting for first initial which I placed on May the 5th. And I’m not sure when I will receive it, and have asked PayPal to step in to help me with this situation.

Happy with 2 items delivered within 14 days.. but still waiting on the 3 item in which I have emailed 4 times asking where the 3rd item is No reply & still no 3 item . . & No refund.. will not use this company again delivery on time but 3 item not on time still waiting

ordered a large jacket what turned up was a extra small with a large label , absolute junk poor quality sizing all wrong , never using these again , impossible to contact and no returns information , please avoid , Chinese rubbish

I ordered an XXL shirt and received the shirt in an XL size which was too small. I tried three times to contact the company to exchange the shirt for the size I ordered. I received no response whatsoever. Now I am stuck with a shirt that does not fit for which I did not order.

I bought a pair aokeda hiking trousers. I ordered a large because im a waist size of 34-36. When they arrived i couldn't get them past my knee. They are more for a 24-26 waist. Im giving them to my nephew. Measurements are misleading. I wont be ordering trousers from here again

Ordered only 4 tops and I received 2 of those tops which are not the design print on the front that I ordered; with a third sewn badly so the right arm is twisted and therefore uncomfortable to wear; there is only one that is the design and style I ordered. So bad job Lightinthebox. Bad Job.

extremely poor quality goods, and very difficult to return. Very little returns information took days to get info on how to return, very complicated and requires sending goods back to an address in China at your own expense. Decided to cut my losses and not throw good money after bad by the cost of return was almost the value of the goods! Put frock in kids dressing up box, all it was good for!! wish I could have given it 0 stars.

First of all the prices are very reasonable and the app is very easy to use . But unfortunately the shipping sucks. I placed an order in Tue last week of November and on the 6th of December I finally got a tracking number that is completely useless. All it says is a shipping label was created in New York when I track it . It is now the 20 th of December and it still says the same thing no change after 2 full weeks of the label being created. It says on the app all packages will be shipped 5 to 7 days it does not say that it is going to take 3+ weeks to receive them. That sucks to cause I was ready to buy a lot more from them if it was a good buying experience but unfortunately it was not.

Ordered on 28th November, but now at the 6th December and no ability to track the delivery via Royal Mail tracking number which doesn't exist. It makes me think this is not a genuine site.

Buyer Beware! I purchased a sleeping bag which was advertised on their site as "White Duck Down". The product that arrived was 100% polyester with polyester hollow fiber filling. I attempted multiple times to get a return and refund processed. I provided pictures and detail about the incorrect advertising 8 times. Each time customer service contacted me back, they asked for info which I had already provided. It was a very frustrating experience but I finally did get a refund after writing several bad reviews on multiple sites and requesting a charge back from PayPal. The company asked that I change my reviews to reflect a 3star rating if they refunded me. I am happy to update my review to reflect that I received a refund, but they do not deserve a 3star rating. They make returns extremely difficult. Frankly it is horrible. I still will never do business with this company again.

I am so disappointed I had no idea that I could not just return the items as it would Cost much more to ship them back to China. So only getting 20% back I will never order from here again.I am now stuck with 2 items that do not fit.

quality of material not .what is shown in picture , when it came it was polyester. Couldnt be bothered to mess about sending back kept dress . wouldnt recommend .
