I am so disappointed I had no idea that I could not just return the items as it would Cost much more to ship them back to China. So only getting 20% back I will never order from here again.I am now stuck with 2 items that do not fit.

Dear Sarah, We regret to read your disappointment with this order. I would like to review your case, and see what possibilities there are to solve this satisfactory. Can you please tell me the order number? Often we will offer our customers the opportunity to keep the item with a partial refund and this doesn't exclude the possibility to return for a refund. This is offered as a commercial gesture, as for items without quality problems the shipping fees are customer's responsibility. quality of material not .what is shown in picture , when it came it was polyester. Couldnt be bothered to mess about sending back kept dress . wouldnt recommend .

I don't know how good they are because I was trying to see if they were legit because used my brother's card to buy it and I don't want him to get fraud and I don't know how to track a package I also don't have an account so if someone could please help me I'm really happy to see them I've wanted those lights for so long and it's just seemed a little too good to be real but I really need someone to help me It also didn't give me when it would be here.

Dear customer, We apologize for the problem. We do really want to help you check the order status, but we need to know the correct Order ID firstly. Unfortunately, "3380" is not the correct order id. Our Order ID should be like "39888703" or "201006190039888703", for example. Could you please check it again? Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance.

Ordered a outfit, it was received well within the delivery window. The outfit was 3 pieces I was going to wear to a wedding. The pants fit, the shell was 2 sizes too small and the jacket was too large and boxy. The stitching on the seams were wrinkled. Return process is faulty. Images have to be sent from a laptop not a mobile device. After sending measurement images thru a friend’s computer I received a email reminding me to finish completing my return process. I would not order from them again, way too much uncertainty and work to return cheaply made clothes.

I ORDERED A PRODUCT ON 15 APRIL 2020 ORDER NO. 36846331. RECEIVED A MESSAGE THE NEXT DAY THAT IT WAS NOT PAID SENT ORDER AGAIN AND THEY SUBTRACTED THE AMOUNT TWICE FROM MY CREDIT CARD WITH NEW ORDER NO. 36846582 TRIED TO CONTACT BUT WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY AND THEN RETURN I HAVE BEEN WAITING 5 AND A HALF MONTHS WITH NO DELIVERY CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES BUT ONLY RECEIVE STANDARD PROMOTIONAL ANSWERS ACCORDING TO LIGHT IN THE BOX CONTRACT THE PACKAGE WILL BE DEEMED LOST IF NOT DELIVERED IN 4 MONTHS AND MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. REQUESTED A REFUND SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYBODY

Great Stuff Until Ordered 5 items to the same all items shipped separately each one had separate duty and taxes added on which was not noted. and duty and taxes is 85% of the original fee price Beware

Placed a order and still waiting for order to be shipped more than a week later. You wouldn't think it would take over a week to process a order. Don't know what's up, but taking way too long to ship my order while the took my money immediately.

I waited for over a month for my order and was overpriced to begin with when I saw the contents in reality! I had also paid a shipping charge. When I received my order my postman advised me I needed to pay an additional €32 on customs charge ... this was a rip off . I paid €120.00 already and shipping charge and then a customs charge ? I definitely won't be buying from this website again. What I receiced wasn't worth a quarter of the cost.

My order is taking long to arrive I ordered it on June 18th a iPhone 8 Plus otterbox case my order number is 2006180637974182 I payed Shipping insurance which was £3.55 Royal Mail to 4-9 business days so I can get my order quicker it has said it has shipped but I’m unable to track my order its saying “It's not available in the carrier's system yet” and it’s says “If Your order can't be tracked, the chosen shipping method takes 10-20 business days, but sometimes, 30 business days. I payed a quicker shipping insurance for a reason so I can get my package quicker. And now it’s saying i have to wait longer 🤦🏾‍♀️Please fix this .

I ordered cycling trousers in a "UK 4XL" size as I noticed the waist sizes quoted were much smaller than normal UK sizes. I'm normally XL - 2XL. What they sent me was "Asian size 4XL" which were way too small. The returns process is expensive and a real hassle, so I sold them to a friend who is a UK "L" size. I would not buy from Light In The Box again due to the size and return issues. I lost £10 on this transaction but would have lost more if I'd sent them back to China for a refund.

We ordered and paid for airpods. The site was saying it was still pending even though the money was took out so we decided to try again and once again the money was taken and no way of tracking the airpods and it wasn't in my orders

Order took 2 weeks which i would expect anyway but it was the quality towel rail for bathroom nearly £28 could have bought a better one from wayfair and cheaper overpriced wont be making another order

Ordered a large bundle of shirts 10 weeks ago, still haven’t received them. Asked them last month about it and they said the workers had been on break for a Chinese holiday? Then they posted they were on there way. Still no shirts and I asked them about it again, getting no reply. Got another email saying that they were on there way again, so I checked. Tracking shows that I don’t have any orders coming so I’m probably out a lot of money. To bad, cause at the Community we’re in I’ve had a few dozen people ask me about the shirts and wanting to order some to. They are all waiting to see if I ever receive mine. They aren’t getting back to me anymore. Wondering if the Corona virus has shut down the warehouse?

Despite promise of fast delivery it took weeks to receive my harem yoga pants I ordered size xl for uk size 20-22. The pants looked ok but just fitted my niece (size 14)! Definitely not the size advertised! So....I just wish I read the reviews before purchase. I can’t find a good one!

Ordered a New Year’s Eve complete flapper costume and even paid extra for fast shipping! Still nothing! Tried to contact them but it sends me to a customer service site that you have to pay for to talk to anyone in person! 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬! I’m livid! What a rip-off!!!

I also placed an order and paid wxtra to have it here for Xmas but that's not happening now so a disappointed kid in the morning. Like another user I had a problem of the order not being traceable when I checked. What I did was to log out and then log back in and my order is there. It might help and also let's you then contact customer services if you wish. Without an "active" order you can't contact them. I might be wrong but that's what I have found.

I brought 3 dresses because I like what I saw in the picture, but when I received it doesn't look like the one in the picture. Quality is inferior and I think is desonest to place picture from someone else's site and trying to imitated that fashion.
