I also placed an order and paid wxtra to have it here for Xmas but that's not happening now so a disappointed kid in the morning. Like another user I had a problem of the order not being traceable when I checked. What I did was to log out and then log back in and my order is there. It might help and also let's you then contact customer services if you wish. Without an "active" order you can't contact them. I might be wrong but that's what I have found.
