ORDER NO. 36846331. RECEIVED A MESSAGE THE NEXT DAY THAT IT WAS NOT PAID
SENT ORDER AGAIN AND THEY SUBTRACTED THE AMOUNT TWICE FROM MY CREDIT CARD WITH NEW ORDER NO. 36846582
TRIED TO CONTACT BUT WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY AND THEN RETURN
I HAVE BEEN WAITING 5 AND A HALF MONTHS WITH NO DELIVERY
CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES BUT ONLY RECEIVE STANDARD PROMOTIONAL ANSWERS
ACCORDING TO LIGHT IN THE BOX CONTRACT THE PACKAGE WILL BE DEEMED LOST IF NOT DELIVERED IN 4 MONTHS AND MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. REQUESTED A REFUND SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE.
