I am most disappointed as this was my 1st order with Lightinthebox. After 2wks I received 2 identical, very crushed tennis skirts on June 25th. I have given feedback &, as requested, sent daylight & fluorescent light photos of the skirts. The creases have not dropped out of the skirts & as yet my problem has not been resolved.

I love dresses but they take so long to arrive. Summer will be over soon so it will be a complete waste of delivery money and dress money

Great selection and delivery. The issue is that most of their clothes fit small without letting you know they fit small. Or slightly misleading descriptions (for example, I thought t-shirt dress meant t-shirt material. It wasn't, it was polyester). But the biggest issue by far is the size factor. Even after reading reviews and figuring out a size from the chart and the reviews, I have to return almost everything.

My package arrived timeously & in good order but their sizing is wrong. I'm petite & take a size XS at most retailers so since Light In the Box don't offer ladies XS, I had to order their S, knowing I'd need to most probably have it made a size smaller. However, the one dress I received was at least 2 sizes too big for me & the other one was at least 3 sizes too big. I don't know where they get their sizing from but either they need to offer XXXS or XXS sizes or they need to change their sizing & fit because their S is nowhere near a South African S. Do Chinese manufacturers think we are enormous?! I look like I am drowning in their clothes. My husband & children laughed at me when I tried them on. I could see they were going to be miles bigger than a S before I even fitted them on. They seriously look like tents! Their S should be labelled L or even XL & they need to make downgrade their patterns for the the smaller sizes.

I ordered 2 tee shirts one of which was fine the other had wording that was completely wrong and not in any form of English. I think i am to receive a refund but do not know when this will occur.

The delivery was fast considering that the items come from China but the quality and fabric are a big problem. The design of the fabric was beautiful but they promised cotton and both garments were made out of Polyester. The cut and sewing of one of the garments was shoddy. I don't recommend their clothes, even if the design of the fabric is nice, because of the Polyester. The prices are very competitive.

Waited ages for 3 shirts ,that just arrived in time for my holiday, all xxl two were fine but one was 6 inches smaller but still marked xxl ? Return policy so complicated and I was expected to pay for return which was no fault of mine !! Rather discard shirt and NOT used Light in the box again.

Got a couple of good items here but it is really hit and miss. Returning is a nightmare so some clothing are going to the charity shop. One is poor quality and the other is too small. And I did check the size before buying too. Will not be buying from there anymore.

Hello, I am really pleased to have gotten this access to express my views with my transactions with your establishment. I must confess my displeasure with the engagement, and also stress the fact that this was my first transaction and I had tried a test run with just this few items from all my initial orders. I made my reviews after the products were delivered, NO RESPONSE. You canceled a request from my list due to being out of stock and said you will refund. NO REFUND MADE. One of the items you supplied was a wrong item. NO RESPONSE. It is not encouraging. Thanks again Regards, Chris

The top of the dress is done well and nicely worked, however the skirt is nothing like it was shown in the product image. I could ignore this if it was worked nicely, however the skirt really does not look nice, is worked rather flimsily, and also seemingly with the wrong/not enough fabric. Not a fabulous purchase I'm afraid.

Over priced and poor quality. Items do not look anything like the photos. Sizes are all off. I will never order from this website again and I will let anyone I know not to order from it either.

Even after reading the reviews the items received did not fit. The bottoms were size 14/16 and the top 8/10 both deemed a Large. They are reluctant for you to return items and offer discount from future purchases!

Whilst I’m impressed with the comfort of my red ankle boots I’m disappointed with the shiny plastic which ruins the look. The are advertised with a soft matt leather look. Really sad

I am sorry to say that my experience has not been very good so far , I have told customer service that the swimming costume I purchased is made of very thin material and is see through, I am still waiting for a response !

The stuff I ordered took AGES to arrive and, to be honest, wasn't worth the wait. I ordered a sweatshirt, which, of course, looked OK in the picture...but it was a lousy fabric, totally man-made and looked like an old-fashioned nylon item - not good. The jumper was, again, all plastic but slightly more acceptable. Too much schlep to send back - I guess I'll learn!
