The item was completely different than advertised, the white shirt was supposed to be 3 xxxL and the sleeves were 4 inches to short as was the shirt,it’s the worst looking piece of rubbish and looked just like a dish cloth made of different bits of material that didn’t match,and trying to understand their refund policy??has got to be a joke ,life is to short for this absolute scam, lesson learned ,don’t buy from them ,through the letterbox and into the dustbin I hope the people running this company get exactly what they deserve by sending out all this bad karma into the world.bastards.

So ordered 2 items, one satisfactory the other one wasn't. Returns policy is like nothing I've experienced before. Ive lost £15, as I can't return it and get a straightforward credit back to the card I used to pay with. I wont be using you again.

I have been trying to get an item from my order returned, but despite my best efforts to sort it out I seem to be taken on a run around. Links that take me to more shopping and downloads that won’t open! I have given up as emails that I have sent just don’t get delivered.

It took ages for the delivery by the time it arrived the occassion I bought it for has already happened took amonth to arrive returns not easy either when it did arrived it was just posted through the letter box screwed up isnt the word and having bought two dresses both arrived the same way

I purchased 2 wigs which took forever to come one wig was perfect, the 2nd wig was the wrong color and I ran my fingers thru it and it immediately starts shedding. For that reason, I will not order another wig from this company and do not want to go threw trying to return to china I have already read the not-so-good reviews on returns.

The dress is alright and arrived fairly quickly, but they should make their returns policy clearer from the outset. Only certain items qualify for return and their only open warehouse is in China, which means that, from the UK, I have to pay over £12 just to return the item and refund can take up to 30 days, depending on when they receive the package.

The pictures of their website are nothing to the real quality of their clothing. The pictures are deceitful of the quality they depict from what it really is. Disappointing, they don't accept returns. Won't ever purchase from them again.

processing takes far too long and delivery charges are very expensive.the stuff i bought was fine but they take over a month to tell you that items are out of stock

The goods were ok but I had to pay£85 before the carrier would deliver them which no mention of was made by you when I ordered the goods which made them very expensive so will make a point of not using you again.

I bought a dress from them because I thought they were a US company, paying US wages (if I'd known they operated out of China, and shipping directly from China, I would have thought twice about paying the same price I'd pay at home). The dress itself was nice, though the stitching wasn't quite aligned in places and it was a completely different colour from that advertised (but the colour was fortunately nicer). I wrote this in the review on their site so other customers buying the same address would be aware. I also wrote that the dress was selling for US$ 99 but they added almost 20% on top of the exchange rate (excluding postage and handling). They offered me a voucher for the difference in exchange for removing my review (which I did, despite not wanting to have to buy more from them, I would have preferred just to receive the difference back) but then the voucher didn't work anyway and I couldn't contact anyone about it (note, they only reply/deal with your issue if you write a negative review, and it's a different person who speaks to you -- not the department you sent your complaint to. They aren't even aware you contacted them, they are only aware of -- and care about -- your negative review. Then they'll try to get you to remove that review, even if you included some positive stuff). I could no longer write another review to say what happened. Beware of this company, they engage in deceptive and unethical practices and clearly don't care about the customer. Furthermore, it's just not nice to trick someone into doing something and then letting your part of the deal fall through once you've got what you want (having worked in China years earlier I learned that this is common practice, but unfortunately I wasn't aware it was a Chinese company at the time). I wish I'd held my ground now and not deleted that review.

The quality of the fabric and sewing of the garments are poor and not at all as advertised. The stitching of the garment was loose upon arrival. It is a nightmare to get any service or a refund. They are giving online shopping a very bitter experience.

Clothes way too small, all rubbish. I won’t order from these again. I took my sweatshirt that would only fit a child to my local childrens hospice charity shop. I wasn’t,t going to pay for return postage to CHINA!!!

This company have no recourse for customer service complaints. Fake adverts sending products from China for women clothing on the parcel yet advertise the tops on males hence creating a sizing issue. Avoid them at all cost.

Exceptionally slow delivery, with orders taking approximately 3 weeks, and then only dispatched after we complained. Still awaiting a refund for one item that was out of stock, and have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks. I dont think the refund will ever arrive

I was told my item would arrive in four days and it took 5 weeks. This lost me my customer and I had to stand the cost of the order, I am very disappointed and will never use this CHINESE site again
