I have been trying to order items from this company, but the first two times I tried I couldn't pay, the third time I thought I had managed it, but for some mysterious my purchase was cancelled. This latest time I bought a lot more (as well as the ones I couldn't before) and was further enticed by 'FREE SHIPPING' over a certain amount, which I was but was still charged shipping! Impossible to contact their so-called customer service. Decided now to give up, buy my stuff from elsewhere who care about customers and not to recommend them to anyone. Nothing to recommend really!!

They have taken payment twice from my bank account .The ticket system they use is ridiculous.So confusing .Basically i had a problem at check out with my bank card it kept saying try again.I tried twice then again with a different card .Still no joy or so i thought .A few days later i realised the item was ordered 3 times .I obviously don’t need 3 wedding dresses so i tried to cancel .This is virtually impossible because of the ticket system they use .I finally managed to sort the order and they refunded me for one order .Now i am still waiting for a refund for another ,I have sent bank statements proving they have taken the payment twice.But still no joy .They think because i have had one refund they owe me nothing .No matter how many times i contact them they do not understand.So basically i have paid for 3 dresses ,refunded for one ,received one still not got the other money back

After reading other reviews I ordered a dress one size bigger and it fitted ok, however the dress took weeks to arrive and I had to pay an extra £12.51 (customs fee) to get it finally delivered. Would I shop there again - probably not!

I think they should send a return goods form with the products you purchase, as I am know waiting for over a week for them to send me this same form so as to exchange the products I purchased from them,

The promised delivery time was not accurate, not even slightly. Odered for a Christmas Present and still not arrived on 3rd of January. Was stated as express delivery with Tracking, but the courier used does not provide Tracking, On complaint the advise was it can take 30 Business days, which was NOT what was advertised. The advise was I should keep it when it arrives as courier costs for return would be high. Poor Service...
